A letter to all UCN distributors and product users

Dear distributors and users,
First, thank you very much for all your support for UCN. For 6 years, UCN has been devoted itself to R&D, production, sales of touch foil. Now touch smart products have permeated into all aspect of people’s life and made life more convenient. The rapid development of touch industry brings considerable business profit to companies which are focus on touch technology R&D, production and distributors. Meanwhile, high profit also attracts lots of illegal companies, which counterfeit UCN touch foil and integrated products to get illegal income, disturb industry market and seriously damage rights and interests of distributors and users.

To ensure product quality, UCN reinforces protection for intellectual property. Recently, UCN has got some results against pirates. The lawsuit about touch-planet has ended successfully.  Jiangsu High People's Court made final judgement that the production technology of projected capacitive touch screen belongs to UCN Technologies Inc. All touch foils and related products they produced are infringing  products.   

Based on above situation, UCN makes an announcement as below, to ensure the rights of distributors and end-users. 

1. UCN owns the invention patents of touch foil and already got enterprise standard certificate issued by Jiangsu Province Quality Supervision Bureau. UCN is the only one in our country which owns enterprise standard certificate of touch foils and got CE, FCC, RoHS, CCC. All UCN products are tested strictly to make sure qualified products. 

2. UCN touch foil has a specific logo and UCN never sells products without logo. Now UCN increases efforts against illegal actions and once it has been found out, we will pursue legal responsibilities. Both infringed seller and consumers will suffer great loss. 

3. UCN has improved rate of good product to 96% by technology optimizations and realized industrialization. Technology innovation and the improvement of rate of good product decrease production cost, making unit price of touch foil much lower, even cheaper than counterfeit products. 
 

4.  UCN never stops product optimization and constantly develops updated products. Although some companies can copy product but they are lack of real core technology and R&D capability and product quality, maintenance are not guaranteed. False promotion cannot endure test of time and environment.
