Intelligent production-a solution for UCN touch film insufficient production capability, production efficiency 300% improved, annual output 1 million pieces

When you are at airport or in subway, you can read news or advertising by touching the screen with your fingers; when you are shopping, the shopwindows become touch screen and you can get to know the newest product outside the windows by slide with your fingers. Interactive touch screen has unconsciously stepped into our lives. But as the core of interactive touch screen, the demand of touch film is much larger than its limited capability. For now, UCN has completed fourth upgrade for its touch film factory. New intelligent production system has improved production efficiency of touch film by 300% compared with before, reached 1 million pieces annual output, and effectively solved the problem of insufficient capability.

In UCN full-automatic dust-free plant, report saw that the manufacturing of touch foil is applying automatic line production and trimming and laminating craft process are operated by robots. Such a production line only needs 2 workers for equipment detection and maintenance and other work are all finished by automatic production line. The administrator can witness the whole process of a touch film from parts to moulding& packing. Also, the experiment and testing can be done in the production line. But we break the bottleneck and successfully reduce square resistivity by adjusting nano metallics ratio of ink formula, making nano wire charging fully and the rate of good product improved to 99%. The improvement of the rate for good product reduces production cost. ”said Ms. Zhang.
